The idea behind Ironbarkplate
Ironbarkplate was built around a straightforward idea: a proper evening out should not mean choosing between a good meal and the excitement of the gaming floor. The venue places both under one roof at 168 Caroline Chisholm Drive in Winston Hills, giving guests in Sydney's west a destination that covers dinner, table games and private events without the need to move between venues. The kitchen draws on seasonal produce; the gaming floor runs roulette, blackjack, poker and baccarat. The VIP salon offers a quieter pace for guests who prefer it.
